Open from December 2011, it is a modern, comfortable building fully furnished in  Zoldo style, featured by the overwhelming presence of the Dolomites larch.

The residence features 38 apartments from 2 to 8 people, furnished in good taste, where all ceilings have visible beams. All apartments meet the highest quality standards and feature Lcd television and Sat TV.

Residence Civetta has also a large tavern with king-size tv, ski and boot storage in a heated environment, a nice room for children equipped with games. In the building there are two comfortable elevators and especially free wifi internet connection.

For the summer you can use the spacious green area for sunbathing or to cook the traditional “pastin” (a kind of burger) on the outdoor fireplace, or to be lulled by the gentle murmur of the nearby river “Maè”.
